Age
The candidate's age must be at-least 17 (Seventeen) years to maximum age of 35 years, as on 31st December of the same year of the session.
Eligibility Criteria for Admission
Must passed "10+2" examination (passed in both Theory & Practical separately) from any Recognized Board in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English) with minimum aggregate for General 45% and for SC / ST / OBCA / ОВСВ / PWD / EWS with 40% marks.
Admission Procedure
- The candidates have to Register at the official website of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) and apply online Application form for "Common Joint Entrance Test for JENPAS (UG) with payment of Examination Fees.
- The candidate must secure the minimum qualifying criteria of entrance test as per INC to be eligible for admission to B.Sc. Nursing.
- The candidate has to go through Online Counselling process conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) and Central Selection Committee (Nursing) for allotment of seat and Admission in the nursing college. (Follow site "https://wbjeeb.nic.in/JENPAS-UG" for further details)
Hostel
Hostel is mandatory for all the students. In lieu of hostel Fees accommodation would be provided along with Transportation facilities. Food is provided in lieu of mess charge and charge may vary subject to market price.
Uniform
Students uniform is compulsory in the college premises and also during clinical duty. Students must follow proper dress code as instructed by the college authority
Fees
- Clinical Fees: A fees of Rs.100/- per month per student and Rs. 500/- per month per Intern student to be paid to concern Govt. Hospitals as per order of Govt. of West Bengal, Directorate of Health Services, Swasthya Bhawan.
- Registration Fees: The students have to pay to WBUHS Rs 2000/- per student for Registration in First year and Rs 2030/- per student after passing out for Final RNRM Registration Certificate from WBNC.
- Examination Fees: The students have to pay to WBUHS Rs.1000 as Examination Fees for appearing in Final Examination of each year.
